Course Structure and Content

Day 2: Designing Results-Based M&E Frameworks
Practical guidance on Logical Frameworks, Results Frameworks, and Theory of Change, including hands-on development of results chains and SMART indicators.
Day 3: Data Collection, Management, and Analysis
Selection and use of qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, data quality assurance, basic analysis techniques, and using data for decision-making.
Day 4: M&E Planning, Implementation, and Learning
Developing and implementing M&E plans, establishing baselines, monitoring progress, conducting evaluations, and translating findings into actionable insights.
Day 5: Practical Application and Action Planning
Case studies, group exercises, participant presentations, facilitator feedback, and development of practical M&E frameworks and plans ready for workplace application.
